What is the required lead time for made to order items?
We require the following advance notice:
Bridesmaid Dresses and Page-Boy Outfits - 8 to 10 weeks,
Cardigans - 3 weeks (excluding ‘name ‘sweaters for which we require 6 weeks)
Smocked items – 4 to 8 weeks.
PIease call us should you require a shorter lead time. We will always try our best to satisfy your requirements.

My page-boys/bridesmaids are not able to come in to be measured. Can we still have these items made?
Yes. At Young England we appreciate that it is not always possible to take measurements in person. We can therefore supply you with details of the measurements we require and give advice on how to take them.

I have found the perfect fabric. Do I have to use fabric you provide?
No. We are happy to use customers’ own fabric as long as it is suitable for the garment that is intended to be made.

I have a definite idea of what I want. Can you make it?
Yes. As well as the designs we currently have in our made to order collection, Young England also offers a bespoke service.

How much deposit must I pay?
We require a 50% deposit on all made to order bridesmaid dresses and page-boy outfits.
All orders for stock items must be paid in full prior to delivery.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards.
